Running Mold

Running Mold is a method of casting wherein the mold is slowly shifted along a track while molten material is poured into the open end. This method is particularly useful for creating large components with a high degree of uniformity and accuracy and is commonly used in the production of architectural elements such as columns, capitals, architraves, and bases. The process involves the use of a specially designed mold form is usually made of wood and then lined with a heat-resistant material such as sand. The molten material is then poured into the open end of the mold and the mold is then moved along the track to ensure that the material is spread evenly and that the component has the desired shape.

Running Mold

Masonry running mold is a form of architectural design that relies on the use of masonry to create a structure with a predetermined shape. This is accomplished by placing a course of masonry material such as brick or stone in a predetermined pattern that is repeated along a wall or other structure, creating a more unified and aesthetically pleasing look. The use of masonry running mold is often used to add texture and visual interest to an architectural structure that would otherwise be plain or dull. It is also a cost-effective way to create a uniform look throughout a large building complex. The use of masonry running mold allows architects to create an aesthetically pleasing look while also providing a level of structural integrity.
