Royalty Residential House

Royalty Residential House is an exemplary architectural extension project located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, that masterfully combines Gothic and Islamic architectural elements to create a sophisticated residential space. This innovative interior design project, conceived and executed by Mea'ad AlAbboud, encompasses approximately 700 square meters and features ceiling heights ranging from 5.4 to 6.5 meters, creating an atmosphere of grandeur and spatial luxury. The design's distinctive characteristics include a daily sitting room, main guest sitting room, luxury entrance, and an exhibition-style dining room that doubles as an art gallery for paintings and sculptures. The project's architectural language is particularly noteworthy for its successful fusion of Gothic architectural elements, evident in its exterior arches and interior columns, with Islamic patterns and motifs, resulting in a unique aesthetic synthesis that maintains both cultural relevance and contemporary appeal. The interior spaces are meticulously crafted to emulate a luxury hotel atmosphere, with identical bedroom designs that enhance the overall cohesion of the space. A significant feature of the main sitting area is a sophisticated 3D lenticular printing artwork, while the entrance showcases hand-crafted calligraphy featuring the 99 names of Allah, demonstrating exceptional attention to artistic detail and cultural significance. This project, which won the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, represents a significant achievement in residential architecture, particularly in its thoughtful consideration of cultural requirements while maintaining high standards of luxury and functionality.
