His use of color was also noteworthy, as he often employed bold and vibrant hues to create a sense of drama and intensity. Despite his impressive body of work, Sambonet's legacy has been somewhat overshadowed by his contemporaries, such as Francesco Hayez and Antonio Canova. However, his contributions to the art world during the Neo-Classical period remain significant and continue to be appreciated by art historians and enthusiasts alike.
