The design's intelligent shell, precision-crafted through CNC milling from digital designs, demonstrates a harmonious correlation between exterior form and interior spaces. Notable features include a museum-quality basement grand room, central bridging stairs that facilitate natural light penetration, and fluid circulation patterns that enable flexible interior arrangements. The project's innovative approach to reducing psychological and physical distances between living spaces, coupled with its emphasis on transparency and community integration, represents a significant advancement in residential architecture.
