Residence L Residential house is an exemplary residential interior design project completed in southern China, showcasing a harmonious blend of contemporary aesthetics and sophisticated spatial planning. The 262-square-meter residence, designed by Yi-Ching Lin and Shih-Ming Lu, features distinctive smooth arc lines that extend toward the Shenzhen Bay, creating a visual dialogue with its surrounding environment. The interior architecture is characterized by an innovative interplay of sky blue and jazz white tones, which creates a dynamic spatial experience through layered transitions. The design employs premium materials including powder coat veneered panels, marble, oak wood flooring, titanium metal, and leather, demonstrating meticulous attention to material selection and craftsmanship. The project's circular arc placement effectively transforms the established layout within the constraints of the load-bearing wall system, introducing a fluid spatial narrative that challenges conventional residential design approaches. Completed between March 2015 and April 2016, this residential project exemplifies luxury through its thoughtful detail studies and textural compositions, earning recognition with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category for its innovative use of space and material excellence.
