Qingdao Longhu Yucheng Sales Center Sales Center

Qingdao Longhu Yucheng Sales Center Sales Center is an exemplary architectural interior design project completed in 2018, encompassing 2,260 square meters of meticulously crafted space that serves as a sophisticated urban reception venue. The design philosophy masterfully integrates modern aesthetics with natural elements, particularly drawing inspiration from Qingdao's coastal geography through the incorporation of water-inspired design vocabulary. The center's architectural composition features expansive glass curtain walls that deliberately blur the boundaries between interior and exterior spaces, maximizing natural light penetration while creating a dynamic interplay between the built environment and natural surroundings. The interior design scheme employs a harmonious combination of wood veneer and metal linear elements, interwoven with modern artistic sensibilities to create multi-layered spatial experiences. The project's distinctive approach to vertical space management successfully addresses the challenges posed by significant elevation differences, resulting in a cohesive and flowing layout that maintains proportional integrity throughout. Recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, this project demonstrates exceptional achievement in spatial organization, material selection, and innovative design solutions. The design team's careful restraint in material and technique selection, coupled with their focus on acoustic environment optimization, creates a sophisticated atmosphere that embodies contemporary Oriental aesthetic principles while serving its primary function as a sales center.
