Pumpkin Film Office Workspace is an innovative interior design project that transformed a former textile mill workshop into a sophisticated 1,600-square-meter office environment, exemplifying the successful fusion of industrial heritage with contemporary workplace design. The project, completed in 2018 under the direction of Kingdom Kuo, demonstrates exceptional spatial planning through its distinctive vertical circulation system, featuring a modern spiral staircase that organically connects multiple independent spaces while stimulating exploration between floors. The design philosophy emphasizes the preservation of the building's industrial character while introducing refined elements that create a harmonious balance between functionality and aesthetics. The workspace's material palette employs a sophisticated combination of black, white, and grey tones as primary colors, strategically accented with bold chromatic elements and metallic linear details that enhance the spatial texture while maintaining professional sophistication.
