The development, which earned the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design category, features a distinctive ribbon-like architectural language that responds dynamically to varying spatial requirements and functional needs. The design concept draws inspiration from the azure waves of Repulse Bay, manifesting as a fluid form with changing profiles that creates an immersive living experience. Comprising eight houses thoughtfully arranged in two rows across a 4,340-square-meter site, the development minimizes disruption to the natural topography while optimizing sea views for all residences. The project's environmental consciousness is demonstrated through its BEAMplus GOLD certification, incorporating advanced sustainable features such as Low-E coated insulated glass panels, solar thermal systems, cross-ventilation design, and rainwater harvesting capabilities.
