Pujiang International Garden Interior Space Design

Pujiang International Garden Interior Space Design

Pujiang International Garden Interior Space Design is an innovative residential interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of traditional Chinese elements with contemporary spatial aesthetics. Located adjacent to the Hunhe river, this 123-square-meter interior space masterfully integrates environmental elements and cultural motifs, particularly drawing inspiration from traditional Chinese screens and water elements. The design, created by Ying Rui in 2019, employs a sophisticated approach to space organization, utilizing a clear-cut circulation concept that effectively separates private and public areas. The project's material palette demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainability and wellness, incorporating eco-friendly wallpaper, bio-latex paint, and antibacterial glass and glazed tiles. Notable design features include embroidered wall treatments and abstract graphics that combine with dark color schemes to create an atmosphere of security and stability. The space is particularly distinguished by its thoughtful integration of water-inspired elements in the wall and ceiling designs, creating a dynamic visual connection with the riverside location. This design, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, successfully addresses the needs of its target demographic - urban professionals aged 35-40 - through its slightly luxurious yet intimate aesthetic approach, while maintaining exceptional functionality and environmental consciousness.
