Pu Yue Garden Sales Center is an exemplary architectural interior design project completed in 2020, located in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, China, encompassing 1,710 square meters of meticulously crafted space that harmoniously blends traditional Chinese cultural elements with contemporary design aesthetics. The center's design philosophy centers on achieving a delicate balance between environment, architecture, space, and human interaction, manifested through sophisticated design languages that seamlessly integrate nature and culture. The interior architecture features a striking V-shaped element derived from ancient Chinese buildings, reimagined in a modern context with hidden light strips creating multiple levels and ethereal atmospheres. Notable design elements include a wavelike background wall integrated into a blue color scheme, complemented by deep-colored marble counters with random patterns, creating a dialogue between traditional and contemporary aesthetics. The space is distinguished by its thoughtful progression, beginning with exquisite carved screens leading to an open sand table area adorned with suspended decorative lighting that evokes oriental imagery such as calligraphy and mountain mists. The center's sophisticated design includes metal grilles that artfully divide sitting areas along the central axis, while the staircase serves as a pivotal transition point enhanced by humanistic embellishments. This exceptional project, designed by Kelly Lin and Tian Liang Wei along with their team, was recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2021, acknowledging its innovative approach to spatial design and cultural integration. The project's success lies in its ability to create a warm and elegant cultural context through the strategic use of materials including metal blocks, bronze mirrors, and artistic implementations that serve both aesthetic and functional purposes.
