PplusP Studio 2 Corporate Design is an innovative corporate interior design project that exemplifies a revolutionary approach to modern workspace design, completed in Hong Kong in 2015. This 1,750-square-foot studio space represents a departure from traditional office layouts, embracing a design philosophy that harmoniously blends the industrial aesthetic of modern American factories with contemporary workplace requirements. The design features a thoughtfully planned layout beginning with a welcoming corridor leading to a reception area where visitors transition into a more intimate atmosphere by exchanging their shoes for slippers, creating a distinctive home-like environment. Notable design elements include hand-blown Murano glass lighting fixtures, particularly the GLÒ Incasso installation, which serves both functional and artistic purposes. The workspace abandons conventional cubicle arrangements in favor of collaborative long benches, fostering communication and creativity among team members. The design incorporates multiple innovative features, including a multifunctional table tennis area that doubles as a meeting space, cork wall insulation for acoustic comfort, and a hand-painted cityscape mural depicting the Bank of China Tower. The project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design, showcases sophisticated material selection including red brick, cement, and wooden elements, complemented by carefully curated accessories such as denim sofas and antique decorative pieces.
