Poly K18 Office Building Office Building is an innovative architectural interior design project located in Wuhan's Hongshan District, exemplifying contemporary workplace design principles through its sophisticated spatial arrangement and progressive office philosophy. Covering 660 square meters within a rectangular footprint, this Gold A' Design Award-winning project revolutionizes traditional office environments by emphasizing horizontal extension and transparent boundaries. The design, completed in 2016, features three sides of floor-to-ceiling glass that maximize natural light and visual connection with the surrounding urban landscape. The space breaks away from conventional nine-to-five cubicle arrangements by eliminating closed walls and implementing flexible, open-plan layouts that promote collaborative work patterns. The interior architecture employs a sophisticated interplay of glass textures and luminous elements to create subtle spatial divisions without physical barriers, incorporating blue tones to establish a contemporary, technology-oriented atmosphere. Measuring 20,500mm in width, 41,800mm in length, and 2,800mm in height, the space utilizes wooden elements as both functional and aesthetic features, creating a series of interconnected experiences that guide occupant behavior and movement patterns.
