Plastic And Aesthetic Department Medical Space
Plastic and Aesthetic Department Medical Space is an innovative medical interior design concept that exemplifies the harmonious integration of functionality, aesthetics, and patient comfort in healthcare environments. This sophisticated 300-square-meter facility, designed by Sheng-Hao Sun, demonstrates a thoughtful approach to medical space planning through its tripartite lobby division created by cosmetic product walls, ensuring enhanced privacy and security for different patient groups during consultation and recovery periods. The design employs premium materials including titanium-plating sheets, metal mosaic tiles, and stainless steel to convey a high-technological aesthetic while incorporating biophilic elements such as waterscapes and green walls to reduce patient anxiety. The space features distinct zones including private compartments constructed from laminate and glass tiles for pre-surgery preparation and post-operative recovery, complemented by white lighting islands for patient relaxation. The diagnostic room showcases slanted titanium-plated ceilings and specialized light tables, embodying clinical precision and technological advancement. Notable design elements include mirror-finished stainless steel display walls with red accent lighting for product presentation, and the innovative use of black carbon fiber storage solutions. This Silver A' Design Award-winning project in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category successfully addresses the complex challenge of integrating healthcare worker and patient circulation while maintaining spatial efficiency and aesthetic appeal. The design's seamless connection between interior and exterior spaces through skylights and water features creates a transformative environment that supports both medical functionality and psychological comfort.
