Pinxiu Xingyue Model Room

Pinxiu Xingyue Model Room

Pinxiu Xingyue Model Room is an exemplary interior design project spanning 135 square meters that masterfully demonstrates contemporary urban residential aesthetics through its sophisticated spatial composition and thoughtful functionality. The design, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, employs gray as its primary palette while incorporating subtle dark green accents to create a distinctly urban ambiance. The space is characterized by its open-plan living and dining areas, which effectively eliminate spatial constraints while facilitating multiple functions including relaxation, dining, and entertainment. The interior's distinctive features include a multifunctional dining table that maximizes space efficiency, industrial-style movable power outlets that blend aesthetics with practicality, and carefully curated elements such as wine storage and book displays that enhance the dining experience. The design particularly excels in its multifunctional room concept, which serves as a versatile space for activities ranging from office work to handicrafts and reading, reflecting a deep understanding of contemporary urban lifestyle needs. The project's execution demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in its material selection, lighting design, and spatial planning, creating a harmonious balance between luxury and understimentality. Completed in 2020, this model room exemplifies high-quality residential design principles through its integration of simple yet refined color combinations and thoughtful line compositions, ultimately achieving a sophisticated living environment that caters to elite urban dwelling while nurturing family connections.
