Passion Interior Design

Passion Interior Design

Passion Interior design is an award-winning metropolitan residential interior design project that exemplifies contemporary urban living through its sophisticated blend of artistic elements and functional spaces. Created by designers Tu Pochun and Wang Chihyun in 2016, this innovative interior scheme spans approximately 101 square meters and masterfully captures the essence of modern city life while maintaining a distinct personality. The design's cornerstone is its striking use of bright yellow accents that serve as visual punctuation against the masculine undertones of the space, creating a balanced environment that speaks to the self-expression of contemporary urban dwellers. The project features a remarkable integration of cultural references, including prominent wall displays of Parisian Louvre photography in the sitting room, complemented by sophisticated rhombus and fret wallpaper patterns in the dining and bar counter areas. This thoughtful design approach creates a harmonious dialogue between artistic appreciation and fashionable living, enhanced by concise linear elements that reinforce the urban atmosphere. The spatial composition effectively balances pragmatic functionality with aesthetic refinement, incorporating a carefully curated selection of furnishings including soft recliners positioned to take advantage of city views. The project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in its execution, from its sophisticated material palette to its innovative space utilization. The design successfully addresses the challenges of modern urban living by creating an environment that serves as both a sanctuary and a statement of personal style, offering residents a space where they can appreciate the juxtaposition between the bustling city life and moments of tranquil contemplation.
