Osram Top Tier Work Environment is an innovative architectural interior design project that exemplifies the seamless integration of light, culture, society, and functionality in contemporary workplace design. Completed in December 2016 in San Andres Naucalpan, Mexico, this transformative workspace design, created by architect Juan Carlos Baumgartner and his team at SpAce, represents a paradigm shift in corporate environment planning. The design's distinctive feature lies in its dynamic interpretation of spatial flow, characterized by two and three-dimensional lines that zigzag through walls, panels, glass, and carpets, creating geometrically linked viewpoints throughout the space. The project operates on a single level, incorporating flexible spaces that achieve an optimal balance between work life, technology integration, and employee wellbeing.
