One Sino Park Penthouse
One Sino Park Penthouse is an exemplary luxury residential interior design project located in Shanghai's prestigious Huangpu District, representing a sophisticated fusion of neo-Chinese modern aesthetics with contemporary living solutions. Completed in July 2020, this 510-square-meter penthouse showcases an innovative approach to high-end residential design by integrating three distinct systematic elements: living, health, and socializing systems. The design philosophy centers on creating a fully-furnished upscale residence that allows immediate occupancy while maintaining an intimate, classy, and comfortable atmosphere. The project's environmental consciousness is evident in its material selection, notably employing high-tech silicone material that passed REACH-SVHC testing for 191 key components as an eco-friendly alternative to genuine leather. The spatial organization thoughtfully addresses the dual requirements of business socializing and private life, featuring an enclosed furniture layout that facilitates both intimate gatherings and formal entertainment. Situated within the Financial Cluster of the Bund, the penthouse benefits from its strategic location overlooking Lujiazui CBD and proximity to Yu Garden, while embracing views of a 22,000-square-meter walkable park and a 3.5-kilometer waterfront ecological park. The project, recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates exceptional achievement in spatial planning, material innovation, and sustainable design practices. The design team's systematic approach to soft decoration seamlessly connects various interior elements, creating a cohesive living environment that caters to the sophisticated needs of urban elites.
