One Palace T7 Residence
One Palace T7 Residence is an exemplary luxury residential interior design project completed in 2020, located in Shenzhen, China, encompassing a spacious 393 square meters of meticulously crafted living space. This sophisticated residential project, designed by Zhi Duan and Shi Rong Liang, draws inspiration from Aston Martin automobiles, incorporating their distinctive aesthetic elements and craftsmanship principles to create an environment of ultimate luxury and refinement. The design demonstrates exceptional spatial optimization through its innovative layout, featuring an open-plan arrangement that creates a nearly 100-square-meter public area, enhancing spatial flow and connectivity. The interior showcases a harmonious blend of modern artworks and high-end materials, including imported fabrics, silk, fox fur, and premium wallpapers, all carefully selected to establish a unique luxury living experience. A notable aspect of the design is its sophisticated lighting scheme, which references automotive design elements to create dynamic visual effects throughout the space. The project's functional programming includes thoughtfully designated areas such as an independent study room and a specialized tea room/tasting space, catering to refined lifestyle preferences. The design earned recognition with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its outstanding contribution to residential interior design excellence. The project's success lies in its ability to integrate people, decorations, and space in a cohesive manner, creating an environment that transcends conventional residential design while maintaining a perfect balance between modern luxury and practical functionality.
