Oil Burners

Oil burners are devices used to burn fuel oil in order to produce heat. They are commonly used for space heating in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Oil burners work by spraying a fine mist of fuel oil into a combustion chamber, where it is ignited by an electric spark or a pilot flame. The resulting flame heats up a heat exchanger, which in turn heats up air or water that is circulated through the system. Oil burners come in many different sizes and designs, depending on the application. Residential oil burners are typically small and compact, and are designed to be used in conjunction with a furnace or boiler. Commercial and industrial oil burners, on the other hand, can be much larger and more complex, and may be used for a variety of applications, including space heating, process heating, and power generation. One of the advantages of oil burners is that they are highly efficient, with some models achieving efficiencies of up to 95%. This means that they can provide a lot of heat while using relatively little fuel. However, oil burners do require regular maintenance in order to operate safely and efficiently. This includes cleaning the burner nozzle, replacing the air filter, and checking the fuel pump and ignition system. In addition to their use in heating systems, oil burners are also used in a variety of other applications, including industrial furnaces, incinerators, and power plants. They are often used in conjunction with other types of burners, such as gas burners or coal burners, in order to provide a flexible and reliable source of heat.
