Nubank Corporate Interior

Nubank Corporate Interior

Nubank Corporate interior is an innovative corporate workspace design that exemplifies the intersection of social connectivity and contemporary architectural philosophy, realized across 5000 square meters of thoughtfully curated space. This Silver A' Design Award-winning project, conceived by Mexican architect Juan Carlos Baumgartner, represents a sophisticated response to the challenges of modern workplace design, incorporating a conceptual framework based on social networks as support structures for liquid modernity. The interior architecture masterfully balances technological integration with human-centric design principles, featuring carefully selected materials including Milliken and Tarkett flooring systems, complemented by furniture from prestigious manufacturers such as Steelcase and Haworth Papsa. The design's distinctive approach manifests in its spatial narrative, where each room, corridor, and corner contributes to a unique experiential journey, fostering an environment that promotes transparency, collaboration, and adaptive workflow patterns. The project, completed in 2023, demonstrates exceptional attention to sustainability and technological integration, utilizing advanced ceiling systems from USG and Armstrong, while incorporating local craftsmanship and textiles to create a harmonious blend of modern efficiency and cultural authenticity. The interior's conceptual foundation addresses the contemporary paradox of maintaining meaningful connections in an era of constant change, achieved through thoughtful space planning that encourages both spontaneous interaction and focused work.
