Nipples
Nipples are a part of the human anatomy that are found on the chest, specifically on the breasts. They are typically small, round, and darker than the surrounding skin. Nipples serve a functional purpose for both men and women, as they are the location from which breast milk is produced and delivered to infants during breastfeeding. However, they are also a source of sexual pleasure for many individuals, as they are an erogenous zone that can be stimulated during sexual activity. In addition to their functional and sexual purposes, nipples have also been the subject of cultural and societal attitudes throughout history. In some cultures, exposed nipples are considered taboo and must be covered at all times, while in others, they are seen as a symbol of femininity and beauty. The perception of nipples has also been influenced by fashion trends, with some clothing styles emphasizing their visibility and others concealing them. Despite their small size, nipples have also been the subject of medical research and attention. Changes in the appearance or sensitivity of nipples can be a sign of underlying health issues, such as breast cancer or hormonal imbalances.

Nipples
The word nipples is an interesting term to examine from the perspective of etymology and morphology. It can be traced back to the Proto-Indo-European root *nem-, which is the root for nostril, nose. Its earliest recorded use in English dates back to the 1800s, and its use as a slang term followed soon after. Morphologically, the noun has a pluralization form by adding the suffix -s to the singular form. Pragmatically, the term is used to describe the anatomical structure located on the chest of a human body which serves various functions, such as providing nutrition for children. It should be noted that the term is also used to describe the protrusion on the surface of an animal's body, such as on the teats of a cow.

Nipples
Nipples are an important part of drawing a human character’s upper torso in anime, comics and manga. They must be drawn in the correct size and shape relative to the character’s body, as they are often an explicit sexual representation. Generally, nipples should be drawn small, round and darker than the character’s skin color, but there is no strict rule. When drawing female characters, the artist can also choose to draw the nipples erect and/or shaded for a more realistic look.
