Neighbors Science City LN Residence Apartment

Neighbors Science City LN Residence Apartment

Neighbors Science City LN Residence Apartment is a sophisticated high-end serviced apartment complex located in Guangzhou's modern science park, representing an innovative approach to urban residential design that seamlessly blends contemporary living with traditional Lingnan hospitality. The architectural and interior design concept, which earned a Gold A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, draws inspiration from Guangzhou's urban landscape, utilizing square box elements as a fundamental design motif to reimagine neighborhood relationships and create engaging shared spaces. The residence, spanning from 64 to 140 square meters, offers diverse living configurations including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts, each thoughtfully designed to maximize spatial efficiency while maintaining aesthetic appeal. The project's distinctive design philosophy incorporates modern modeling techniques and innovative material selections, particularly exemplified in the use of new terrazzo flooring, which provides cost-effective, seamless, and aesthetically versatile surfaces particularly appealing to younger residents. The public spaces, including a lobby bar, restaurant, gymnasium, and multi-function meeting rooms, are carefully curated to foster community interaction while maintaining a sophisticated atmosphere. Completed in January 2021 after a ten-month development period, the project stands as a testament to thoughtful urban planning, featuring warm living environments enhanced by cutting-edge fashion sensibilities and premium hospitality services. The design team, led by Muchuan Xu, Minxi Cai, and Junjie Li, successfully addressed the challenge of creating functional yet inviting shared spaces that cater to both business travelers and long-term residents, while maintaining a strong connection to local cultural elements and modern urban living requirements.
