Nature Fanaticism Residential Apartment
Nature Fanaticism Residential Apartment is an innovative residential interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious integration of natural elements with modern living spaces. The single-story dwelling, recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design category, masterfully incorporates rough natural wood, red bricks, iron pieces, and cement-like materials to express its inhabitants' profound connection to nature. The design, conceived by Hua Shan Hung, features a transparent public space that maximizes views of the riverside landscape while employing sophisticated material transitions to delineate functional areas. The living room showcases a distinctive ironware and canoe collection wall that doubles as a feline pathway and storage solution. The private areas emphasize leisure and flexibility, featuring a multifunctional entrance hallway with a blackboard wall for creative expression. The master bedroom draws inspiration from wild holiday cabins, incorporating a sloped roof design and hanging chairs, while utilizing hollow cabinet systems to maintain natural light flow. The project's innovative storage solutions include a concealed room between the hallway and kitchen, accessed through a lens door, and a versatile multifunctional space accommodating clothing storage, bicycle display, and fitness activities. The design's success lies in its thoughtful material composition, proportion management, and seamless integration with the natural landscape, creating a modern yet organic leisure atmosphere that caters to the diverse interests of its occupants, including sports, music, and outdoor activities.
