Nature Diamond Earrings is an innovative jewelry design created by Iranian designers Javad Negin and Melika Etemadi that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of natural elements with contemporary aesthetic sensibilities. This sophisticated piece of jewelry, which earned the Bronze A' Design Award in the Jewelry Design category, features a distinctive asymmetrical composition that explores the concept of growth and transformation in nature through its intricate gemstone arrangement. The earrings incorporate 90 precious stones, including 54 diamonds and 36 Garnet Rhodolite raspberries, with a prominent 6.8mm Garnet Rhodolite centerpiece weighing approximately one carat. The design's unique structural approach divides each earring into two segments - one positioned behind the ear and another in front of the earlobe - symbolizing the known and unknown aspects of nature. Measuring 44 x 29 millimeters, with varying thickness from 1.8mm to 2.8mm, the earrings showcase meticulous craftsmanship through their 3D-printed production using Rhino and Matrix software, followed by direct casting in 18-carat Rose gold. The design philosophy integrates positive and negative aspects of life's journey, represented through the contrasting use of round and sharp gem settings, ultimately conveying a narrative of growth and evolution. The soft curves and organic forms characteristic of these earrings not only enhance their aesthetic appeal but also reflect the designers' deep contemplation of nature's infinite patterns and cycles, making them both a wearable piece of art and a philosophical statement about natural harmony and personal growth.
