Nassim Quattro Medium Rise Residential
Nassim Quattro Medium Rise Residential is an innovative architectural masterpiece located in Singapore's prestigious Nassim Road precinct, exemplifying sophisticated residential design through its harmonious integration of luxury living spaces with natural surroundings. This four-unit residential complex, winner of the Golden A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design category, masterfully addresses the challenges of a triangulated, gently sloping site by incorporating four distinct 'bungalow-style' residences into a unified structure, creating an experience akin to living in individual landed houses. The architectural composition draws inspiration from musical symphony, featuring a distinctive red bronze trellis spanning the entire building that functions both as a shading device and a key design element. The development showcases exceptional environmental consciousness through various sustainable features, including abundant natural lighting facilitated by a curtain wall system with low-e performance glass, strategic shading devices, and reflective pools that provide cooling effects. The complex's innovative design maximizes space utilization through an underground driveway and parking system, allowing for extensive landscaping and water features at ground level. Each residence features double-height living spaces, private pools, and seamless indoor-outdoor connections, with the upper units enjoying rooftop terraces. The building's facade presents a powerful interplay of orthogonal travertine frames and glazed surfaces, creating a rhythmic visual composition that reflects both luxury and architectural sophistication. Advanced sustainability features include natural ventilation in common areas, energy-efficient windows, reclaimed wood applications, LED lighting systems, and carefully designed fenestration that optimizes natural airflow and illumination.
