Nantong Landscape Under Heaven 86 Villa Villa Design

Nantong Landscape Under Heaven 86 Villa Villa design is an exemplary architectural and interior design project that masterfully integrates Eastern and Western design philosophies, showcasing a sophisticated blend of traditional Chinese elements with contemporary Western aesthetics. Located in Nantong's Development District, this 510-square-meter multi-level villa represents a significant achievement in residential design, earning recognition with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category. The villa's design philosophy centers on creating a harmonious relationship between human habitation and nature, expressed through thoughtfully arranged spaces across five levels. The ground floor features a transparent design approach with an innovative loft space seamlessly integrated with the living room, complemented by elegant copper modeling and sophisticated Chinese screens with metal edging. The underground level houses a family theater and gym, incorporating the traditional Chinese garden scenery method Kuangjing to frame views and create contemplative spaces. The second floor accommodates children's and elderly quarters, utilizing warm walnut tones and cream-colored elements to create distinct atmospheres suited to different generations. The third floor contains the master suite and cloakroom, while the fourth floor features a meditative study space characterized by minimalist design elements. Throughout the project, meticulous attention to material selection, including walnut wood, metal accents, and carefully chosen textiles, creates a cohesive design narrative that bridges cultural aesthetics while maintaining functionality and emotional resonance.
