The complex encompasses four distinct programmatic elements distributed across two sites separated by 160 meters, featuring a unified architectural language that creates a compelling visual dialogue between the structures. The development, which spans a total gross area of 159,000 square meters across a 32,836-square-meter site, is characterized by its distinctive vertical podium design with multi-storey horizontal blocks that effectively bridge the visual gap between the separated buildings. This architectural solution demonstrates exceptional ingenuity in addressing the unique challenge of creating a cohesive identity despite the physical separation of the sites. The complex's design philosophy emphasizes the harmonious integration with its surroundings while maintaining a strong individual presence, achieved through carefully considered horizontal architectural elements that respond to the contextual environment. Standing at 123 meters in height, the development incorporates sophisticated façade systems including semi-unitised glazing curtain walls, aluminum claddings, and strategic use of louvers, all manufactured within China.
