Murano 5.0 Amphoras is an innovative interior design collection that represents a groundbreaking fusion of traditional Venetian glassmaking aesthetics with contemporary material innovation, created by Italian designer Alessandro Ciffo. This remarkable series of decorative vessels, which earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Fine Arts and Art Installation Design category, challenges conventional perceptions through its masterful use of solvent-free two-component silicone rubber to create an optical illusion that mimics the appearance of traditional Murano glass while offering unprecedented functional advantages. The collection comprises three distinct amphoras, ranging in height from 1600mm to 2300mm, each featuring a sophisticated triangular veining structure that serves both structural and decorative purposes.
