Mr. C's Private House Private House

Mr. C's Private House Private House is an exemplary residential interior design project completed in Shenzhen, China, that masterfully demonstrates the intersection of luxury hospitality standards with personalized domestic living spaces. This sophisticated gentleman's residence, designed by Yang Jianxun and Wu Minwen, showcases an exceptional attention to detail and meticulous space planning, incorporating three independent cloakrooms capable of displaying over 300 pairs of shoes, reflecting the owner's precise lifestyle preferences. The design philosophy employs hard, simple lines throughout to convey masculine boldness, while creating a harmonious contrast between wood and stone textures to achieve a solemn yet refined atmosphere. The interior features a western-style kitchen as its central focal point, from which the overall material palette extends, utilizing a low-saturation champagne baking vanish board that sets the tone for the entire space. The project's sophisticated color scheme employs grey champagne as its primary tone, with thoughtful variations in dark and light hues to differentiate public and private areas. The open layout creates a sense of grandeur while maintaining functional efficiency, complemented by carefully selected top-tier original furniture pieces, including a curved sofa that softens the angular architecture and facilitates intimate social interactions. This Iron A' Design Award-winning project, completed in 2017, exemplifies how interior architecture can seamlessly blend luxury hotel standards with personalized residential comfort, creating a space that functions as a metaphorical well-tailored business suit - perfectly fitted to its owner's lifestyle and aesthetic preferences.
