Moddaeng Motor Logo and VI is a comprehensive visual identity system designed for a prominent motorcycle business enterprise in Thailand, created by designer Natchamol Uasrikongsuk. This sophisticated brand identity project, which earned recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design category, masterfully combines symbolic elements derived from superhero mythology and ant characteristics to create a distinctive visual language. The design features a dual-component structure incorporating both a symbol logo and logotype, executed through a strategic combination of stainless steel construction and metallic red coloring (Pantone 1795 C). The symbol logo embraces modernized superhero motifs while maintaining international appeal, while the logotype draws inspiration from ant mandibles, creating a unique letterform design that reflects the company's values of teamwork, loyalty, and family-oriented service. The visual system incorporates motorcycle chain-inspired graphic elements and racing flag patterns, emphasizing the brand's connection to motorsports while conveying professionalism and reliability through its carefully selected color palette of red, black, and metallic finishes. This comprehensive visual identity system, developed between December 2015 and May 2016, serves more than 250 branches across Thailand, effectively unifying multiple business segments including motorcycle dealerships, leasing services, second-hand distribution, transportation, and maintenance services under a cohesive brand image that embodies trustworthiness, integrity, and professional service excellence.
