Memory Architecture
Memory Architecture is a way designers use space and form to help people remember experiences, stories, or feelings. In Philosophical Design, this means shaping buildings or objects so that they hold memories for people who use them. Designers might use repeated shapes, special materials, or certain layouts to help people recall important moments or ideas. For example, a room with a certain smell or color can remind someone of a happy time. Memory Architecture in this sense is about making places or things that help people connect with their own memories in a clear and simple way.
