Meixi Boutique Hotel is an innovative architectural transformation project located in Harbin, China, that masterfully reimagines a former bank office into a sophisticated hospitality space, earning recognition with a Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design. The 2,366-square-meter project, designed by Xin Lv and completed in 2019, presents a compelling narrative about environmental consciousness through its distinctive glacier century theme, manifested in an intricate interplay of urban and natural elements. The hotel's signature design feature is its lobby, which showcases an innovative triangular two-way painting technique that creates a visual metamorphosis - transitioning from glacier patterns to urban landscapes through silk cloth material applications.
