Mdusa Shop is a distinguished luxury retail space designed by Tu Po Chun and Wang Chih Yun, exemplifying innovative interior design through its sophisticated integration of high-end materials and architectural elements. The space, measuring 10000mm x 6000mm x 3500mm, represents a revolutionary approach to tableware display, drawing inspiration from necklace motifs to create a flowing, interconnected spatial experience. The design masterfully incorporates premium materials including marble inlaid with stainless steel and brass flooring, complemented by a harmoniously designed ceiling featuring stainless steel and custom wallpaper that creates a layered necklace effect. The walls combine luxurious wallpaper with glossy wood finishes and leather-clad display cases, while a signature marble logo wall features exclusive brand elements. This innovative retail environment, completed in Shanghai in 2018, transcends traditional exhibition space concepts by offering an immersive experience that allows visitors to envision products in their own domestic settings. The project's technical excellence is particularly evident in its challenging integration of marble with stainless steel elements, creating a seamless fusion of materials that earned it a Bronze A' Design Award in the Luxury Design category in 2019, recognizing its outstanding contribution to retail design innovation and luxury spatial experiences.
