The 1,413-square-meter space demonstrates a masterful application of geometric principles and color theory, utilizing a refined palette of black, white, and gray intersected with strategic touches of orange to create a dynamic yet professional environment. The design philosophy emphasizes spatial penetration and extension, employing simple geometric lines inspired by Neoplasticism pioneer Mondrian to establish an open, flowing workspace that encourages creativity and collaboration. The interior architecture incorporates intelligent acoustic planning with sound-absorbing panels, particularly in the versatile communal area that seamlessly transitions between a staff lounge, meeting space, and lecture hall accommodating up to 50 people. Notable features include transparent glass partitions that maintain visual connectivity while defining functional zones, and a sophisticated ceiling treatment that pays homage to Mondrian's abstract geometric compositions.
