Manyun Sales Center is an exemplary architectural and interior design project situated in the Central Business District of Xiamen, China, representing a sophisticated convergence of luxury residential marketing and experiential design excellence. This meticulously crafted sales center, completed in March 2021, stands as a testament to contemporary urban design philosophy, strategically positioned opposite the prestigious Gulangyu Island, a 5A-rated tourist destination. The space masterfully integrates five distinct scenic elements - lake, sea, mountain, island, and city views - creating an immersive environment that showcases elite urban living. Designed by Xianting Pan, along with team members Jun Chen and Yulin Liang, the center employs a refined material palette including soft wood, patterned marble, elaborate metal detailing, and distinctive orange leather accents to establish an atmosphere of understated luxury. The design concept, centered around the metaphor of a Lounge in the Clouds, creates a sophisticated dialogue between interior space and natural surroundings, particularly emphasizing the spectacular ocean views. The project's innovative approach to spatial design incorporates contemporary furniture pieces, including CASSINA leather chairs and minimalist marble tables, while maintaining a harmonious balance between functionality and aesthetic refinement. The interior scheme thoughtfully combines circular and square geometric elements within a dark brown and black backdrop, creating an implicit visual narrative that resonates with urban sophistication. This exceptional design achievement was recognized with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2022, acknowledging its outstanding contribution to commercial interior design excellence and innovative spatial solutions.
