Maestria Residential And Commercial Building
Maestria Residential and Commercial Building is an innovative architectural masterpiece that exemplifies the fusion of luxury residential living and commercial spaces, designed by Brazilian architect Daniel de Amorim and his team. This 31-story structure, standing at an impressive height of 109 meters, encompasses a total area of 17,274.34 square meters on a 1,103.78-square-meter plot. The design concept draws inspiration from the precision and elegance of diamond cutting, transforming brutalist reinforced concrete into a sophisticated architectural jewel through the strategic use of metal, glass, and LED lighting. The building houses 46 residential units and 4 commercial spaces, featuring over 1,400 square meters of leisure and common areas. The architectural composition employs laser-perforated sheets to create diamond-like facets, establishing a dynamic interplay between light and shadow that transforms the building's appearance throughout the day. This Bronze A' Design Award-winning project, scheduled for completion in 2028 in Santa Catarina, Brazil, represents a significant advancement in sustainable urban development, incorporating natural elements and innovative design solutions to create a harmonious living environment. The structure's design philosophy emphasizes the Portuguese concept of Maestria (mastery), evident in its meticulous attention to detail, from the integration of natural surroundings to the sophisticated implementation of modern construction technologies.
