Longfor Mansion Customization Studio Customization Studio

Longfor Mansion Customization Studio Customization Studio is an exemplary interior design project that represents a sophisticated fusion of contemporary aesthetics and functional elegance, spanning 400 square meters across multiple floors in a prestigious suburban location. This meticulously crafted space, designed by Yi Tonghua and honored with the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates a thoughtful approach to modern luxury retail environments. The studio's architectural program is strategically distributed across multiple levels, with the first floor dedicated to exhibition space, the second floor allocated for negotiation and sample selection, and the third floor serving as a dedicated designer workspace, complemented by a versatile mezzanine level for private meetings and press events. The design philosophy emphasizes human-centric spatial planning, incorporating geometric patterns, clean lines, and a refined color palette dominated by sophisticated grays, enhanced by the luxurious combination of marble and metal finishes. Notable design elements include round and rectangular lighting fixtures, carefully curated decorative elements, streamlined furniture including circular tea tables and ergonomic sofas, and luminous artwork that collectively creates an atmosphere of refined elegance. The space features specialized areas for sample displays, color palettes, and traditional craftsmanship tools like woolen sewing machines, embodying a unique synthesis of historical reverence and contemporary customization services. Completed in September 2018, this award-winning design project exemplifies how thoughtful interior architecture can elevate the commercial experience while maintaining artistic integrity and functional efficiency.
