Completed in December 2019, this remarkable 248,496.07-square-meter development draws inspiration from the maritime heritage of Hefei as a river harbor city, incorporating sailing motifs throughout its distinctive design. The project's architectural composition features a dynamic tower form reminiscent of billowing sails, creating a striking addition to the urban skyline. A defining characteristic is its sophisticated fish-eye shaped double-skin curtain wall system, constructed using three-dimensionally warped aluminum panels and glass, which creates a unique visual identity enhanced by integrated lighting elements.
