Longcheer Hotel Hospitality is an innovative architectural masterpiece situated along a 470-meter coastline, exemplifying a harmonious integration of built environment with natural landscape. This Silver A' Design Award-winning hospitality project, completed in 2019, encompasses a total construction area of 58,240 square meters within a 450,000-square-meter land parcel, featuring a sophisticated design that seamlessly incorporates elements of Yunnan terraces and coastal topography. The six-story structure, rising to 21.7 meters, employs an ingenious design approach that resolves the building's mass below urban road elevation, with only four pavilions visible at street level, ensuring unobstructed sea views for the city. The architectural composition is distinguished by its innovative facade treatment, where paired hotel room balconies form rectangular cells that create subtle variations in sunlight projection and glass reflections. The design incorporates silver-white metal aluminum plating and double-layer frosted glass with integrated lighting, producing an ethereal nighttime appearance. A notable feature is the undulating streamer element that delineates public and private spaces, originating from the building's boundary-responsive form. The project demonstrates exceptional technical prowess in addressing drainage challenges through a 0.5% filter slope design, while the rooftop's folded plate pavilions provide both aesthetic appeal and functional shade.
