Loft 21 Office

Loft 21 Office

Loft 21 Office is an innovative architectural interior design project that exemplifies efficient space utilization and workplace flexibility within a compact 69-square-meter office environment in Jakarta, Indonesia. Designed by architect Tonny Wirawan Suriadjaja, this sophisticated office space seamlessly accommodates 15 users through its ingenious incorporation of a movable meeting tower, which adds functional floor area to the mezzanine level. The design's distinctive features include a harmonious blend of concrete-look walls with specialized paint finishes, integrated greenery, and walnut wood accents that create a balanced synthesis between natural and constructed environments. The workspace configuration encompasses a principal's room, secretary and staff working areas, printing facilities, and a pantry, while the innovative two-level meeting tower serves dual purposes - the lower level functions as a collaborative meeting space, while the upper level provides a recreational area offering panoramic views of Jakarta's cityscape. The project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates exceptional space optimization through its adaptable layout and thoughtful integration of private workstations designed to ensure individual privacy while maintaining collaborative potential. The design philosophy emphasizes the enhancement of work-life quality through architectural flexibility, addressing contemporary workplace needs while maintaining aesthetic sophistication through its material palette and spatial organization.
