Light Art House Residential Space
Light Art House Residential Space is an exemplary residential architectural project completed in 2022, showcasing a harmonious integration of modern design principles with artistic elements and natural aesthetics. This sophisticated 1,800-square-meter interior space, designed by Chinese designer Haochen Su, demonstrates a masterful approach to contemporary living through its innovative use of deconstructive design methodology and thoughtful incorporation of light as a primary design element. The project's philosophical foundation rests on the principle of eliminating complexity and preserving simplicity, achieved through the careful selection of materials including volcanic stone, rock board, ceramic tile, copper board, and wood finishes. The design's distinctive characteristic lies in its ability to seamlessly merge indoor spaces with natural elements, utilizing elegant light colors and refined textures to create a serene atmospheric quality. The integration of art sculptures throughout the space enhances its artistic ambiance, while the sophisticated lighting design serves both functional and aesthetic purposes, transforming the residence into a living art piece. This exceptional project, recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, exemplifies the successful marriage of bold design choices with practical living requirements. The space's design process involved comprehensive site analysis, conceptual development, and meticulous attention to the relationship between the built environment and its natural surroundings, resulting in a residential space that transcends mere functionality to become a meaningful repository of lifelong memories.
