Kylin Palace Sales Center
Kylin Palace Sales Center is an exemplary architectural and interior design project located in the central urban area of Shuyang County, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, representing a sophisticated fusion of modern design principles with oriental elements. Completed in December 2022, this 3,961.96-square-meter commercial space showcases innovative spatial design through its masterful integration of natural light and artistic elements. The center's distinctive architectural form features artistic filigree glass installations strategically positioned at the entrance and turning points, effectively delineating spatial zones while maintaining a ceremonial atmosphere. The interior design employs a refined gray color palette complemented by large flower green stone and matte metal decorative elements, creating an elegant aesthetic environment. A notable feature is the incorporation of sunken garden daylighting and top skylights, which create a natural, comfortable atmosphere throughout the space. The design, led by Zhuye Xu along with team members Yao Zhang and Chuang Kai, emphasizes the harmonious relationship between interior and exterior spaces through transparent art wire glass and elegant rotating stairs. The project's sophisticated block splicing skylight system in the negotiation area creates an engaging interplay of light and shadow, enhancing the spatial narrative. This exceptional design earned recognition with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its innovative approach to commercial space design and its successful integration of functionality with aesthetic excellence.
