Jut Group Office Space
Jut Group Office Space is an innovative corporate office environment spanning 658m2 across multiple floors in a contemporary downtown building, exemplifying the harmonious integration of nature and human coexistence through thoughtful architectural design. The space, which earned a Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, masterfully combines minimalist aesthetics with functional workspace solutions. The design features a striking 92m2 lobby adorned with a sophisticated two-story light installation called Rotating Neon, comprising 15 vertical neon segments that create dynamic rain-like patterns. The interior architecture employs wood slat walls surrounding offices and meeting rooms, with frosted glass elements providing privacy while maintaining an ethereal atmosphere. Notable features include a specialized yoga studio with a handcrafted wooden floor inspired by tree rings, complemented by circular and semicircular ceiling lighting. The space incorporates innovative acoustic solutions through strategically placed wooden slatted walls, effectively managing sound in the expansive open areas. Completed in 2019, the design emphasizes wellness and productivity through dedicated health facilities, including a full gym and yoga studio, while the integration of natural light through a diffused daylight ceiling system promotes occupant well-being. The project's success in balancing aesthetic appeal with functional requirements demonstrates exceptional interior space planning, particularly evident in its solution to acoustic challenges and the seamless incorporation of corporate identity elements throughout the design.
