Juruney Time Residential House
Juruney Time Residential House is an innovative residential interior design project that exemplifies the sophisticated integration of two-dimensional spatial schema with 2.5D perspective principles, creating a groundbreaking approach to contemporary living spaces. Completed in July 2015, this 198-square-meter residence demonstrates a masterful manipulation of light and space through its unique architectural composition. The design philosophy centers on the convergence of different spatial orientations, utilizing linear spectral wavelengths from penetrating light through strategically placed windows to create dynamic shadow mappings along the interior walls. This thoughtful approach maximizes natural daylighting while maintaining functional efficiency throughout the space. The project's distinctive features include a continuous rhythm segmentation achieved through coated beam columns, establishing a parent-child hierarchy in the spatial organization. The corridor walls, crafted with sandstone elements, serve as temporal canvas recording the daily progression of light and shadow, adding a poetic dimension to the practical space. The design, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, represents a philosophical approach to residential architecture that transcends mere functionality, incorporating elements of performance art and humanitarian considerations. The project's success lies in its ability to break conventional internal planning paradigms, instead prioritizing environmental factors and essential spatial values to create a living environment that evolves with time and usage.
