Jiangcheng Art Sales Center
Jiangcheng Art Sales Center is an exemplary architectural and interior design achievement that masterfully embodies the essence of Chongqing's mountainous landscape and cultural heritage. Located in Chongqing, China, this 7,000-square-meter facility represents a sophisticated interpretation of the region's distinctive topography and urban character, completed in September 2020 after a comprehensive two-year development process. The design philosophy centers on the concept of three-dimensional beauty inherent to mountain cities, incorporating natural terraces into the Grand Staircase design while seamlessly integrating ecological and cultural elements. The space is artfully divided into two primary themes - nature and humanities - featuring innovative use of materials including mirror stainless steel, cement stone, aluminum alloy profiles, and eco-foam. The design's unique approach to spatial organization creates a harmonious balance between seemingly disordered elements that resolve into rhythmic, purposeful arrangements, much like the city's own topographical character. Light plays a crucial role in the spatial experience, with varying intensities creating different rhythms and levels throughout the interior, enhanced by the careful selection of materials and finishes. This exceptional project, winner of the Golden A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates outstanding achievement in integrating regional characteristics with contemporary design principles, establishing new benchmarks for sales center architecture and interior design.
