InnoSquare Business Centre

InnoSquare Business Centre

InnoSquare Business Centre is an innovative architectural and interior design project that exemplifies contemporary workplace design through its biophilic approach and sustainable principles. Conceptually pivoted around the metaphor of a tree trunk, this business centre represents a self-sustained ecosystem for professional talents, manifested through thoughtful spatial planning and material selection. The facility is strategically divided into five distinct areas: a breakout area, coworking space, multifunction rooms, premier offices, and studio spaces, each designed to accommodate modern working styles. The design incorporates eco-conscious elements, including zero carbon footprint carpeting, recycled material wallpaper, and living organic mosses from Finland that serve dual purposes of noise cancellation and chemical absorption. The interior aesthetic achieves a luxurious yet sustainable finish through the implementation of wood skin wall panels combined with stainless steel, minimizing stone usage while maintaining an evergreen appearance. Notable design features include private enclosed cubicles adorned with Lion Rock Mountain graphics, symbolizing Hong Kong's spirit, and seven uniquely designed meeting rooms featuring tree-inspired patterns in tech-oriented blue, white, and grey color schemes. The project, completed in 2021, was recognized with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its excellence in creating a human-centric, sustainable workplace that facilitates cross-cultural exchanges, collaboration, and various MICE events.
