Innature House

Innature House

Innature House is an innovative residential design concept that exemplifies the harmonious integration of wellness, technology, and environmental consciousness in contemporary architecture. Created by interior architect Jennifer Junek in response to post-pandemic living requirements in Peru, this sophisticated dwelling occupies 174 square meters and features a striking glass prism measuring 11m x 4m x 3m as its central element. The design philosophy revolves around four fundamental pillars: sustainability, technology, luxury, and comfort, manifesting in a thoughtfully integrated living space that seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor environments. The structure incorporates advanced domotic systems for comprehensive automation of lighting, sound, security, and energy-efficient appliances, while maintaining a strong focus on occupant wellbeing. The spatial arrangement includes a primary glass-enclosed area of 44 square meters housing the kitchen, dining room, bedroom, and bathroom, complemented by strategically designed terraces featuring a living room, barbecue area, bar, and hydroponic garden. Notable design elements include LED lighting with warm color temperature, soft-touch fabrics for enhanced comfort, and accessibility features such as a microcement ramp. The project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates exceptional innovation in combining modern luxury with environmental responsibility, setting a new standard for sustainable residential architecture that caters to the sophisticated needs of contemporary living while preserving natural harmony.
