Infinity Lamp

Infinity Lamp

Infinity Lamp is an innovative modular lighting system that revolutionizes traditional lighting design through its unique brick-inspired construction methodology. Designed by Italian designer Luca Matta, this Silver A' Design Award-winning creation embodies the concept of infinite possibilities in lighting configuration and spatial arrangement. The system's fundamental architecture consists of interconnected modules, beginning with a primary mother brick that connects to the power source, from which additional lighting elements can be infinitely expanded and arranged according to user preferences. The lamp's distinctive feature lies in its structural composition, utilizing liquid wood extrusion technology to create a ribbed diffuser capable of supporting weights up to 100 kilograms, making it both aesthetically pleasing and functionally robust. Each module, except for the mother brick, is equipped with an independent battery system, enabling autonomous operation and flexible placement throughout residential or commercial spaces. The design incorporates low-voltage LED technology (12V/24V) and magnetic connection points at the extremities, ensuring stable assembly and electrical connectivity between modules. This sophisticated approach to lighting design earned recognition at the A' Design Award competition in the Lighting Products and Fixtures Design category, highlighting its contribution to innovative lighting solutions that combine modularity, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
