Immersive Narrative
Immersive Narrative in experience design uses sensory cues like sound, light, and touch to help people feel like they are inside a story. Designers often use spatial layouts, interactive objects, and timed events to guide people through a sequence of moments, making each person feel like an active part of the story. This approach can include physical spaces, digital environments, or a mix of both, and often uses real-time feedback to change the story based on what the person does. Designers sometimes use scent or temperature changes to make the story feel even more real. When building these experiences, designers plan how people move, what they see, and how they interact with the space, so the story feels smooth and natural from start to finish.
