House In Repino Residential

House In Repino Residential

House in Repino Residential is an exemplary architectural masterpiece located in the Leningrad region of Russia, encompassing a generous 1000 square meters of living space that harmoniously integrates with its natural surroundings. Designed by Shamsudin Kerimov and Ekaterina Kudinova, this residential project masterfully interprets Wright-inspired architectural principles while maintaining its unique identity within a villa community. The design's most distinctive feature is its thoughtful preservation of existing trees, some of which penetrate through the building's canopies, creating an extraordinary rhythm that symbolizes the seamless fusion of architecture and nature. The residence is ingeniously organized around a central living room, serving as the heart of the home, from which all other spaces radiate. The comprehensive program includes sophisticated amenities such as a SPA complex with a swimming pool, hammam, and sauna, alongside practical spaces like a workshop and staff facilities. The architectural composition employs local stone, wood, and metal, materials chosen specifically for their ability to age gracefully and integrate with the environment over time. Each room, including the master bedroom and children's quarters, opens onto individual terraces, while a central outdoor lounge zone features a fireplace and summer kitchen. The project, which commenced in 2020, garnered international recognition by winning the Golden A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building and Structure Design category, acknowledging its exceptional innovation in spatial design and environmental integration.
